ACTIVITY 5 : How to evaluate your self-esteem?

Self-esteem is the evaluation that we make of ourselves, of our own value. It is therefore linked to self-assertion. By taking the test below, discover an evaluation of your self-esteem.

This is a scale that was constructed by Rosenberg in 1965. It measures our view of ourselves, the value we place on ourselves as a person.

No answer is ‘right’. Just listen to your personal feelings about yourself.
